Leading the team with efficiency from the start

Due to our past experience with renovation projects, we believe that it is critical to confirm existing structural, mechanical and electrical site conditions as early as possible within the design process.  This will reduce the number of required design changes due to unforeseen conditions, resulting in maximized project schedule efficiency and cost control.  We design with the budget in mind from the start, and specify materials and FF&E items that both conform to the design while meeting budget requirements.
